Terms of Purchase and Use
Effective date: September 12, 2026
These terms govern use of Who Holds Mom, operated by Neuvant Creative LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our contact is support@whoholdsmom.com. Business mailing address: 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States.
By affirmatively accepting these terms when creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. Purchases processed by Paddle are also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms presented at checkout: paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms. These terms do not replace Paddle’s purchase terms or reduce mandatory consumer rights.
1. What the guide provides
Who Holds Mom: The Postpartum Guide for Mothers and the People Who Show Up for Them provides educational lessons, reference material, conversation scripts and practical planning tools about the emotional side of pregnancy and life after birth.
It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, screening, crisis assessment or clinical monitoring. Using it does not create a clinician-patient relationship. It cannot determine whether someone is safe, whether a condition is present or whether waiting for care is appropriate. Consult a qualified health professional for assessment and care; do not delay care because of the guide or a worksheet.
Our support email is not an emergency service and is not continuously monitored. Do not wait for a response in an emergency. Use the public Get Help Now page and your local emergency services when needed. Public safety and care-navigation resources do not require a purchase, account or course completion.
2. Purchase and included access
The essential guide is offered for a one-time payment of $59 USD, with applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. It is not a subscription and does not automatically renew. The checkout summary controls the amount you authorize, including any clearly disclosed discount or tax.
One purchase includes one buyer seat and one optional invited supporter seat. Each person uses a separate verified email. Paid access begins after payment confirmation and authentication. Some payment methods or email deliveries may take longer to confirm.
Access duration: Paid access lasts for the lifetime of the product — for as long as we continue to offer Who Holds Mom. If we discontinue the guide, we will give at least 12 months’ notice and make the purchased materials available for download before access ends.
The purchase includes the content identified in the offer at checkout. It does not promise future courses, optional chapters, video production, clinical services or personalized support unless explicitly included in that offer.
3. Accounts and supporter invitations
You must be at least 18 to create a paid account or purchase access.
Provide accurate account information and keep access to your email secure. Sign-in links and codes are personal; do not share them. Notify us of suspected unauthorized account access.
The buyer may invite one consenting supporter. Invitations are tied to the intended email, expire after seven days, and may be cancelled or replaced before acceptance. Acceptance requires verification of that email. Supporters cannot invite additional seats. Contact support about changes to an accepted supporter seat; any permitted replacement must remain within the two-seat limit.
Each seat allows personal use of the guide. Neither seat gives access to the other person’s notes or reading activity. Account access does not protect entries from someone who can use the same unlocked device or browser.
4. Permission to use the materials
Subject to these terms, we give the buyer and accepted supporter a limited, nonexclusive permission to access the purchased guide for personal use during the applicable access period. You may copy conversation scripts and use available print, download or sharing features for their intended personal-care and support purposes, including sharing selected outputs with a clinician or trusted person.
Your original entries remain yours. We do not claim ownership of them.
Do not resell the guide, distribute the complete paid materials, publicly upload paid lessons, share login credentials, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use another person’s private information without permission. These restrictions do not limit permissions expressly granted by a source license or rights provided by law.
5. Worksheets and personal responsibility
Worksheets are optional planning aids. Entries remain in browser memory and may disappear on refresh or navigation as described on the tool. We do not store a recoverable account copy or monitor the entries.
Review what you choose to copy, print, save or share. Copies outside the page are subject to your device, application and recipient’s handling. Entering a name or checking a box does not notify someone, secure their consent, assign them a task or establish baby-care coverage. Confirm arrangements directly with the people involved.
6. Payments, refunds and disputes
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders; Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Paddle’s Refund Policy. Our Refund Policy page explains how to request a refund through Paddle.
A completed full refund ends access supplied by that purchase for both seats. A partial refund does not automatically end access. An open payment dispute may temporarily suspend access supplied by the disputed purchase; the final status is reconciled with the provider’s verified decision. Access from a separate valid purchase is not removed solely because another purchase is refunded or disputed. Public help remains available.
Nothing here limits lawful rights to dispute a charge or obtain a remedy for a defective or misdescribed product.
7. Recovery, availability and changes
Account recovery restores access, not private drafts. Correcting a purchase email requires verification of purchase ownership and the new address. An order reference alone is insufficient. We may request proportionate verification, but do not ask you to email full payment-card details.
We take reasonable steps to maintain the service, but outages, maintenance and third-party interruptions may occur. Contact support if paid access does not work. If we cannot supply the purchased service as promised, applicable consumer and Paddle remedies remain available.
We may correct errors and update materials. Changes must not remove mandatory consumer rights or retroactively replace the access commitment made at purchase. Material changes to these terms will receive appropriate notice and any consent required by law. Discontinuation must be handled consistently with the approved access-duration commitment and applicable remedies.
8. Suspension for misuse
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address account compromise, unlawful use or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to seek review through support. Restrictions must be proportionate and do not remove remedies required by law or the payment provider.
9. Disclaimers and liability
We do not guarantee a particular health outcome or that the guide will meet every person’s needs. Third-party healthcare services, websites and contact resources operate independently. Public resources may change, and professional care may have separate charges.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded and liability for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability arising from the purchased guide is limited to the amount paid for the affected purchase, except where law requires otherwise. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Questions and legal rights
Contact support@whoholdsmom.com about these terms or an access issue. You may also contact Paddle about transactions it processes. Contacting us first is encouraged but is not a condition on exercising statutory rights or filing a lawful claim. These terms contain no mandatory arbitration provision or class-action waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
