Refund Policy
Effective date: September 12, 2026
Who Holds Mom is operated by Neuvant Creative LLC. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which means Paddle handles payment, billing, tax, and refund processing for your purchase.
Refund period
You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Refund requests are processed by Paddle, the Merchant of Record, under Paddle’s Refund Policy, which forms part of the Paddle Buyer Terms applicable to your transaction. Paddle makes the final decision on refund eligibility in line with its policies and applicable consumer law. Nothing here reduces rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, use the support link in your Paddle purchase receipt, or visit paddle.net and follow the refund-request process there. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about billing and handles returns.
Guide access and product support
For questions about accessing the guide, your supporter invitation, or the course itself, contact support@whoholdsmom.com. We do not require you to disclose medical information to request assistance.
A completed full refund ends both the buyer’s and invited supporter’s access supplied by that purchase. Accounts are not automatically deleted, and access supplied by another valid purchase remains unaffected. Public help and care-navigation resources remain available. An open payment dispute may temporarily suspend the affected purchase’s access while the matter is resolved, without limiting your lawful dispute rights.
Gift purchases
A gift purchase is the same one-time purchase of the same guide, bought for someone else. Paying for a gift does not give the buyer access to the guide. Payment produces one private, single-use link that the buyer sends to the recipient themselves; we do not email the recipient. The recipient accepts the gift with their own email address, and their access then includes one optional invited supporter, exactly as a purchase made for oneself does. Worksheet answers and reading progress belong to the account that created them: a gift buyer never gains access to the recipient’s answers or activity.
Refund requests for gift purchases are handled by Paddle in the same way as any other purchase, under the policy above. A completed full refund ends the access supplied by that purchase, whether or not the gift link has been accepted, and an unaccepted gift link stops working. An open payment dispute may temporarily suspend that purchase’s access in the same way.
If this page conflicts with mandatory consumer law or Paddle’s applicable purchase/refund terms, those requirements control. The policies and rights applicable to your transaction cannot be reduced retroactively by a later website update.
