Correcting a checkout email
If checkout used an address you can’t reach, your access can be moved to the right one. Because access is what a purchase buys, we ask for two things, not one.
What is required
- Proof that the purchase is yours: a one-time recovery link tied to that specific checkout, or being signed in already as that purchase’s buyer.
- A signed-in session on the corrected email address, so that address is verified.
An order number, a receipt screenshot or the confirmation page address is never enough on its own, and we never ask for card numbers.
Step one: sign in with the corrected address
Sign in using the email address you can actually reach. We’ll bring you back here.
If you don’t have a recovery link
Write to support@whoholdsmom.com from the address you can reach. We verify ownership before changing anything: we confirm the purchase details you already hold, we send a one-time recovery link to the original checkout address where that is possible, and where it is not we ask the payment provider to confirm the payer through their own records. Finding an order in a dashboard is not proof on its own. We move only that purchase’s access, and we never ask for card numbers or passwords.
Immediate danger or a medical emergency: call 911. Suicidal or emotional crisis support: call or text 988.
